Return Policy

All orders at Ravel are freshly made according to your requirements. It takes a lot of effort and high quality ingredients to make your custom order. That is the reason why we don't accept return requests. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can get in touch with our representative and we'll be happy to formulate a new one for you.

Note: We suggest you to try the products for at least 2 weeks for them to show the desired results.

 

Replacement / Damaged Product

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered, you can raise a request for replacement by emailing us at hello@ravelcare.com with videos and images for the same. We'll send you a new replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost. Kindly raise the request within 48 hours of receiving the order. (Please note: For Combos, replacement for only damaged product will be sent, not the entire combo)

 

Order Cancellation

Incase you change your mind after placing the order, you can drop us an email at hello@ravelcare.com to raise the cancellation request. Please note that cancellation requests will be addressed only upto 15 minutes after the order is confirmed since we start working on your order right away. After 15 minutes, no cancellation will be possible. Please note: Cancellation requests are accepted only on working days.
