Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order is allowed only if the request is raised within 15 minutes of placing the order, as our team begins processing your order immediately.

If you need to update your address or contact information after placing an order, please email us at hello@ravelcare.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Ravel, we are committed to ensuring your products reach you in perfect condition. However, we accept return or replacement requests only under specific circumstances outlined below:


Eligibility for Replacement:

  1. The product is received in a damaged condition, leaking, or broken during transit.
  2. You must submit clear unboxing images or video highlighting the issue (e.g., damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect product) within 24 hours of delivery.

(Please note: For Combos, replacement for only the damaged product will be processed, not the entire combo.)


Steps to Raise a Replacement Request:

  1. Contact Us:

    Whatsapp or Email us at hello@ravelcare.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include:

    • Order Number/Invoice Number.
    • Clear unboxing video or images showing the issue.
    • Images of the damaged product, mono-carton, and outer packaging for verification.

  2. Evaluation and Resolution Timeline:

    • Our team will review the evidence and respond within 2 working days.
    • If approved, the damaged product must be returned (if required) in its original packaging, including all accessories and labels.

  3. Replacement Dispatch:

    • Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will ship a replacement within 48-72 working hours.
    • Tracking details will be shared with you via email & whatsapp.

Important Notes:

  • Replacement requests will only be processed if the required unboxing video or images are provided as proof.
  • Products damaged during transit will be replaced at no additional cost, provided sufficient evidence is submitted.
  • Return or replacement is not applicable for reasons such as personal preferences, allergies, or dissatisfaction with the product. However, in exceptional cases, and at our team's sole discretion, we may offer a new formulation to address specific concerns. This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis.
